Can't connect to the database

The app couldn't reach MySQL. Usually this means MySQL isn't running yet.

1. Open the XAMPP Control Panel and click Start next to MySQL (and Apache).
2. If you set a MySQL password, put it in DB_PASS in config.php.
3. Reload this page.
